When Max was born with severe developmental delays, doctors told his
parents that there was little hope that he would ever walk and he
would have various developmental issues.

Easter Seals Hawaii was there for Max. Thanks to generous donors, Max's life began to
change. He entered the Easter Seals Hawaii Early Intervention Program and
learned to take steps, to speak and to sit up on his own.

Today, Max is walking and is in preschool. Max's incredible progress was only possible
